Do you need an app at all?

If customers will use it once a month, a great mobile website may be enough at a fraction of the cost.

What single problem does it solve?

Write it in one sentence. If you need a paragraph, the idea isn't ripe yet.

What's the smallest version that proves it?

Start with an MVP and defer every feature that doesn't serve the first goal.

Who runs the content and orders?

Every app needs an admin dashboard and a team to use it. Budget for both.

How will you get the first thousand users?

Apps don't market themselves. Put launch budget in the plan, not after it.

What does it cost per month to run?

Servers, updates and new OS versions are ongoing costs, not one‑offs.

Who owns the code?

Make sure the contract gives your company the source code and store accounts.

How will you measure success?

Pick one number (active users, orders, subscriptions) before you start.
